Club Physical is not a fashion show for the "beautiful" set or an intimidating line-up of muscled behemoths. We became famous for breaking down these psychological barriers to entry. Club Physical is a true down-to-earth health and fitness gym for everyday folk. You'll find people of all shapes, sizes, ages and occupations at the club.
Each gym features state-of-the-art training equipment and programmes with common elements such as defined training areas, Swedish saunas and meeting areas, all in a friendly club environment. Our gyms are clean and staffed by people with great ATTITUDE.
